How long does printing take?+
Print-on-demand pieces are dispatched within 3–6 business days. Pieces marked in-studio ship within 48 hours.
Can I request a custom ayah?+
Yes — custom commissions are limited and open a few times a year. Email hello@ayahhome.com to join the waiting list.
Do you offer digital downloads?+
Many pieces are available as high-resolution digital downloads (300 DPI, print-ready). Delivered instantly after purchase.
Where do you ship?+
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. UK · Europe · North America · Middle East · Southeast Asia · Australia.
How long does shipping take?+
UK: 3–5 business days. Europe: 5–8 business days. Worldwide: 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Is UK shipping free?+
UK shipping is free on orders over £75. Below that, standard tracked shipping is £4.95.
What paper do you use?+
Hahnemühle 308gsm cotton rag with a soft matte finish. Museum-grade, archival, and rated 100+ years against fade.
Are frames included?+
Frames are optional at checkout — black, oak, or walnut. All frames are hand-assembled to order.
Do prints come with a certificate?+
Every piece is packed with a printed note about the ayah, its context, and its translation.
What is your returns policy?+
Unframed prints can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Framed prints and custom commissions are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my print arrives damaged?+
Please email hello@ayahhome.com within 7 days with a photo — we’ll replace or refund immediately.
