- United Kingdom — 3 to 5 business days (£4.95, free over £75)
- Europe — 5 to 8 business days (£12.95, tracked)
- Worldwide — 7 to 14 business days (£19.95, tracked)
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Import duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the UK may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We extend this by an additional 16 days, giving you 30 days from receipt to return unframed prints in original condition.
Framed prints, digital downloads, and custom commissions are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@ayahhome.com within 7 days with a photograph — we will replace or refund immediately, no return required.
How to return
Email hello@ayahhome.com with your order number. We will send return instructions within one business day. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
